Charity event character illustrations turning the player characters into animals of their personal choices. 2020
Many things happened in 2020 and one of the most memorable ones was this project.
As we were indoors as most of the globe, through a Twitch stream raid I got introduced to DreadedGM, Josh from down under. They were and are playing homebrew campaigns with amazing worldbuilding and roleplay. I was drawn in and been able to become an active community member for quite a few months. After a while I was approached by Josh to join their charity fundraising for Starlight Foundation and since they and some of the players liked my hamster and chinchilla drawings I was asked to turn each player's main character into a rodent.
They were able to choose and we didn't push rodent once a few interesting species were requested. Had fun drawing a porcupine in plate mail, loved the jerboa and the capybaras. It was my first time learning about the bilby.
I completed all 14 characters in short notice and it was my contribution for the prize pool for the charity event.
